Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Ronnie Jay. I'm a singer, songwriter, musician, and poet. My studio is located in Hendersonville, TN., a suburb just 20 minutes northeast of Nashville. The genres that I write are: traditional country, new country, country gospel, bluegrass, rock'n'roll, patriotic, folk, and Irish. I write and produce commercial jingles and have written several Christmas songs and church hymns.
This website is my little corner of the Internet where I'll be posting songs, poems, and jingles I have written. You will find lots of information about the music business, links to other helpful sites, and samples of my demo productions. I hope this will be an enlightening experience into the world of songwriting for you.

"Music is the most powerful medium the world has ever known. You can have all the money, connections, and political power there is. Let me control the world's music, and I will rule it!"
The two statements above may sound extreme, but they are true none-the-less. Because music has the power to lift your spirits to the heights of heaven or cast them to the depths of depression, I take writing it very seriously. The proliferation of songs that use filthy language under the guise of promoting freedom of expression is a disgrace, and a gross misuse of that freedom. You'll find no such music on this website. That's a promise!
